(a) Short Title- This Act may be cited as the `Department of Peace and Nonviolence Act'.
To say I was shocked when I read The LawDog Files about this bill it just does not begin to cover it. Originated by Nutjob Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) it basically gives this legislative stupidity status of Super Department overseeing almost every aspect of the US Goverment but right under control of the United Nations. This abortion of Liberties even has the gall of citing the Founding Fathers as to excuse their poor attempt to surrender the US sovereignty to its enemies. The sponsors of this bill read like a who-is-who of the best The Left has to offer when faced with the chance of destroying this country.
