Scumbag who shot and killed a Miami-Dade Police Officer and wounded three more.
His use of a so-called "Assault Rifle" has led to Moonbats everywhere to demand the destruction of the Second Amendment. Shawn Sherwin Labeet was taken down by police and saved the Miami-Dade taxpayers lots of money.

And now Your Honor, I present Evidence #2

Seung Hui Cho
Student at Virginia Tech who committed the mass murder of 32 people with two handguns. Again, Moonbats everywhere demanded the elimination of weapons in civilian possession. Seung Hui Cho took the easy way out and capped his own sorry ass saving the Commonwealth of Virginia a decent amount of cash.

And now, I present to the Court Evidence #3

Michael Isikoff
investigative journalist for Newsweek. On May 1, 2005 Michael Isikoff's story about guards at Guantanamo Bay flushing a Koran down the toilet appeared in Newsweek. The story turned out to be false and Newsweek retracted but at the end, some 60 people were killed during riots in different Muslim countries. Mr. Isikoff's story actually killed more people than Seung Hui Cho & Shawn Sherwin Labeet combined. You would think that Mr. Isikoff should be in jail right now serving a lengthy prison sentence for being more dangerous that 2 cold blooded killers but no, after basically saying "Oops! I screwed up, my bad!" Mr. Isikoff is not only free but still delving as Journalist.

So, Ladies and Gentlemen of the Jury, I ask: Who is more dangerous? The answer is not only easy but logical. Unfortunately Mr. Isikoff's allies in the MainStream Media will not denounce him for the mass murderer he is but will blame inanimate objects such as guns as the true dangers of our time. Why they do not apply the same adjectives to Mr. Isikoff's computer & word processing software is beyond rational understanding.

OUR OPINION: CONGRESS SHOULD REVISIT A BAN ON ASSAULT WEAPONS

Since Congress lifted a 10-year-old ban on assault weapons in 2004, the military-style rifles have become increasingly popular as a weapon of choice for criminals and people bent on violence. Seung-Hui Cho used a high-capacity assault weapon to kill 32 people at Virginia Tech last April. Shawn LaBeet used an AK-47 last week to outgun four Miami-Dade police officers, killing one and injuring three. These high-profile killings should be reason enough for Congress, now led by a slim Democrat majority, to try again to reinstate the ban -- or at least make it tougher to buy assault weapons.

Law-enforcement agencies around the country report that assault weapons are now being routinely used by gangs and in street crimes. The rapid-fire, high-powered rifles give criminals a decided advantage in any exchange of gunfire. In self defense, police departments in South Florida and throughout the country are adding assault weapons to their arsenals.

Since the ban was lifted, Congress has been reluctant to try again to outlaw assault weapons, in part, because of the strength in opposition of the National Rifle Association, and because of Americans' growing ambivalence about gun control. A Gallup Poll showed that the percentage of people who favor stricter gun-sale laws dropped from a high of 78 percent in 1990 to a low of 51 percent in 2002. The new Democrat majority in Congress, which includes some members from conservative pro-gun districts, may find it hard going to muster enough support for a renewal of the assault-weapon ban.

Nevertheless, murderous rampages like those committed by Shawn LaBeet and Seung-Hui Cho make it clear that doing nothing is not a viable option. Congress mustn't let criminals get the upper hand. Lawmakers should renew the fight to keep assault weapons out of the hands of determined killers.

This unmitigated piece of journalistic bullshit from the Miami Herald tells us that there is no limit to the depths they are willing to sink in order to promote their Liberal Views. Since when Seung-Hui Cho used a high-capacity assault weapon at V-Tech? And Congress did not "lift" the useless Assault Weapon Ban, it expired. The author also mentions "rapid Fire" which is also another load of journalitic crap by trying to pass a semi-automatic rifle as a fully automatic or machine gun, weapons that have been stricktly regulated since 1934.

What kind of people work at the eidtorial office of supposedly respected newspaper to write and print blatant lies like those? Have they lost all honor? Do they have any shame at all?

The info was out there from the moment it happened. According to officers involved in the take down of Scumbag Shawn Sherwin Labeet, he went down shooting and screaming "Allah Akhbar". Add to it the fact that the officer shootings occurred in the first day of Ramadan and there is also some information that Scumbag Shawn Sherwin Labeet had a history of saying to friends and relatives that he hated cops and wanted to take some out, puts an interesting, perverted and dangerous twist to this tragedy.
Traditional Media has not run with it for whatever reason. Instead they decided to go with the old & tired rant against "Assault Weapons".
I am guessing that condemning Islamofacism is not PC but ranting about "Assault Weapons" is PC.
